Great service! Initial call was for garage door opener repair on a very old Lift Master unit. Unit needed to be replaced, as well as old springs and cables. I decided to get new rollers too at the last minute. Technician, Matt (Matthew), was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. I'm glad the other "local" garage door repair shop never returned my phone call. Will definitely use Precision for all my Garage/Garage Door Opener needs. Will also recommend them to my neighbor who is thinking about getting a new garage door.

Matt gave us a thorough description of the options we had as far as what type of doors are available so we could make an educated decision about what product would serve our needs. The new doors arrived unexpectedly fast and the installation went smoothly. Very pleased with the service of this company.

Outstanding service!! Matt M not only fixed the obvious problem (failed high tension spring), but he explained in detail what could/should be replaced to get the garage door in top working order. His honesty was evident by explaining which parts did not need to be replaced and why. He explained the workings of the garage door so I clearly understood everything, and he showed me how to conduct regular preventive maintenance to keep the door working for a long time. I would recommend Precision to anyone!

Precision was chosen because of 24/7 service and I would rate it 5 stars. The technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable and courteous. We had a safety inspection and general check done and purchased two new remotes for double garage doors to replace ones that were cracked and broken.

One word describes the experience: outstanding. Our door fractured a hinge and they were out within 6 hours with a competent and knowledgeable technician who explained what was wrong and offered reasonable options to resolve the issue. I was particularly taken by the fact that we had a rep from another company out only 10 months earlier who missed the issues which were identified. Bottom line: worth the money and then some.

From the first call for help to the final billing, everything went smoothly. Precision responded rapidly and would have had our new door in within two days if we had been available. They have an extensive selection. There was no pressure to purchase more than we needed, and we feel we received a quality door at a competitive price, The installation was done professionally and with attention to detail. I had a broken garage door that I couldn't get to go up or down. I called Precision and they dispatched a technician-"Joe" right away. He was at my home within 90 minutes. I decided to replace my original 25+ year old original door with a new aluminum insulated garage door. Joe did not pressure me in any way to purchase the door vs. repair the old one. He said he could replace it that day, but I suggested a more convenient day a couple days later. He was able to lower the old door so that our garage would be secure until the replacement was done. The new door was installed two days later. Joe was professional, knowledgable and conscientious about his work. We are Very pleased with the new door and updated look. I will recommend Precision in the future. Joe did a great job cleaning up as well! Thank you!

We needed our garage door spring replaced, because it wouldn't hold the door up when disconnected from the opener (e.g. during a power outage). The company that installed the opener is out of business, so I went searching and found Precision. When I called, they apologized that they wouldn't be able to send someone the same day, but scheduled the next morning. Since this wasn't an emergency, I didn't expect same-day service. The technician arrived an hour into the scheduled 3-hour window, looked at the door and gave me a quote to replace the spring. He also recommended a routine service (which we hadn't done in years), and also that we install a reinforcement on the door where the opener attaches (now required by code, but wasn't when the house was built 20 years ago). The work was completed in ~90 minutes, and the price was quite reasonable. I am very satisfied and will definitely call again if we need more work done.

Service timing was consistent with the advance calls we received. Precision was excellent at keeping us informed of when someone would be coming. Kevin was a knowledgeable, enjoyable technician who took the time to go over a few maintenance tips with us. We've used them before and have been happy with their service each time.

Door was fixed within 3 hours of my initial call. Had left msg night before with another company and are still waiting for their return call. Matt was very professional, efficient and personable. Hour and a half to do complete inspection, explain other possible upgrades, do repairs with better parts, and show me what and how to lubricate. Although I chose not to do upgrades, they were well founded and he was not pushy. Not sure how anyone could get better service.
