I called Precision Garage Doors in the morning because my door had broke. They gave me same day service and arrived when they said. I wasn't home but spoke with there tech Jason on the phone. He explained everything that needed to be done and was very professional. Thanks for the quick response and professional service.

My appointment was scheduled first thing the next morning. Jim arrive right on time, inspected the door and made very logical recommendations. He replaced the springs, lubricated everything, and ensured the door was balanced. He also gave me tips on how to keep the door in good condition. My experience was excellent and I plan to use your company for annual maintenance checks in the future.

Prompt, quick and painless service! Called at 7:10 am, was given a window of 8:00 - 10:00 am! Technician was a bit delayed due to traffic but called in time to inform me. After a brief diagnosis, the repair was done professionally and fast, within one hour. Some other minor repairs were done at the same time, such as replacement of missing screws and new wheels. I could use the door well before noon.
