Precision was chosen because of 24/7 service and I would rate it 5 stars. The technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable and courteous. We had a safety inspection and general check done and purchased two new remotes for double garage doors to replace ones that were cracked and broken.

One word describes the experience: outstanding. Our door fractured a hinge and they were out within 6 hours with a competent and knowledgeable technician who explained what was wrong and offered reasonable options to resolve the issue. I was particularly taken by the fact that we had a rep from another company out only 10 months earlier who missed the issues which were identified. Bottom line: worth the money and then some.

I decided to replace my original 25+ year old original door with a new aluminum insulated garage door. Joe did not pressure me in any way to purchase the door vs. repair the old one. He said he could replace it that day, but I suggested a more convenient day a couple days later. He was able to lower the old door so that our garage would be secure until the replacement was done. The new door was installed two days later. Joe was professional, knowledgable and conscientious about his work. We are Very pleased with the new door and updated look. I will recommend Precision in the future. Joe did a great job cleaning up as well! Thank you!

We needed our garage door spring replaced, because it wouldn't hold the door up when disconnected from the opener (e.g. during a power outage). The company that installed the opener is out of business, so I went searching and found Precision. When I called, they apologized that they wouldn't be able to send someone the same day, but scheduled the next morning. Since this wasn't an emergency, I didn't expect same-day service. The technician arrived an hour into the scheduled 3-hour window, looked at the door and gave me a quote to replace the spring. He also recommended a routine service (which we hadn't done in years), and also that we install a reinforcement on the door where the opener attaches (now required by code, but wasn't when the house was built 20 years ago). The work was completed in ~90 minutes, and the price was quite reasonable. I am very satisfied and will definitely call again if we need more work done.

Service timing was consistent with the advance calls we received. Precision was excellent at keeping us informed of when someone would be coming. Door was fixed within 3 hours of my initial call. Had left msg night before with another company and are still waiting for their return call. Matt was very professional, efficient and personable. Hour and a half to do complete inspection, explain other possible upgrades, do repairs with better parts, and show me what and how to lubricate. Although I chose not to do upgrades, they were well founded and he was not pushy. Not sure how anyone could get better service.
