I appreciated receiving the appointment confirmation and notification (along with a picture) identifying the service technician. I was looking to replace an old, worn out, noisy garage door opener. Kevin T provided me with information on my various options, and what was available to meet my goals and remain within my budget. He installed my new garage door opener and door rollers, corrected problems with the door track, and cleaned up everything very professionally. I appreciate his attitude of wanting to get everything just right. He is a great representative of your company.
