Outstanding, quick service! Got me on the schedule the same day that I called. The technician (Joe) was thorough and professional. He gave me options and recommendations but never did the "hard sell." Overall great job!

"Precision Door Service" deserves an A+ in customer service! I called, spoke with a real person, who gave me an appointment within a few hours, was emailed confirmation and information and photo of the service technician, who arrived in a timely fashion, was very polite, explained what needed to be done with options, and did a good job. He fixed much more than it gives me room to list. I referred your company to my son, Michael, in MD, who had your company do his garage door repair today, and was very pleased with the results.

I needed immediate repair service. After viewing Internet for local companies, I found Precision. Reviews were very good, so I called them. They came out on a weekend for no extra charge. Kevin arrived within the stated window, was extremely cordial and professional. He took the time to explain the mechanics of the problem, my options for repair, and completed the work promptly. Now my garage door works quietly and smoothly. I would highly recommend this company.

Once he had our decision, he executed the repairs quickly, correctly and professionally. It was good experience all around, and I'll definitely call on Kevin again in the future.

I am very please with the quality of my new Lift Master Garage Door openers. The DC motor and belt drive makes for a very quiet operation. I really like how when I walk in the garage the sensors automatically turn the lights on. The Technician, Matthew M, was very meticulous in the installation. The quality and the detail of his work was exceptional. Whenever I need service in the future, I will be requesting him.

Kevin was our serviceman. He checked everything carefully and explained the whole garage door lifter process to me. He was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable, and he said that everything was up to code. We will be calling again when we move to our new home to have the door lifter checked.

I ordered a garage door opener & new door from Sears. I spent the entire month of April with totally unsatisfactory results from them. They installed the door in a very shabby manner then told me the opener wouldn't work. Needless to say, I'll never use Sears again. I found your company on the internet & was pleased with positive reviews. Kevin was my technician. He did an outstanding job of completely reassembling the door and installing an opener. It works beautifully because it was installed correctly. Kevin was honest, professional and did an incredible job. If needed, I will definitely use your company and request Kevin again. I will also recommend your services to my friends. Also, I'll tell them to never use Sears!!

Exceptional service. Our garage door spring broke late at night and both of our cars were stuck in the garage behind the disabled door. We found Precision online and based on their reputation, we asked for their assistance. They scheduled Kevin to come early the next day. He showed up right on time and quickly repaired our garage door with superior professionalism. Highly recommend Precision and specifically Kevin.

Sean fixed our garage door--the main spring broke. Fantastic young fella, still bright and cheerful after a long day. Did a wonderful job(door works better than before) and he had a smile the whole time. Left us at about 1930 I'd say and was heading to another job. I'd ask for him by name if another job came up.

Although satisfied with the work performed, I was completely unsatisfied with the timeliness of my appointment. I was given a time frame of 1-4 p.m. I got a call that the technician would arrive closer to the 4 p.m. time. He finally arrived at 5:20 p.m. and I had to cancel a personal appointment due to the delay.

I used this company to fix a broken spring on my garage door. I was very impressed with the service technician, arrived within designated time window, very professional, personable and efficient. The technician also advised me on maintenence of the door, especially periodic lubrication of the hinges, bearings and tracks of the door. Highly recommended.

Sean was fantastic! He fully explained the process, work involved, and the cost estimate. He was quick and efficient. He also ensured I was happy with the work he performed prior to leaving. I have already referred a neighbor because his spring just broke as well. Sean and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service are now my "go to guys" when I have garage door issues!
