This was the second time we have used Precision. As the first time, they did not disappoint. The service person came at just the time he said he would, went over everything with us, did a complete inspection of the door, and made his recommendations which we agreed with. He then performed excellent service. Our garage door works like it hasn't since we moved in, and will now probably be good for several more years. We are very pleased.

Matt did a stellar job and was meticulous, explaining what he was doing (and why); very impressive. If you're worried about hiring someone to care for your garage door, worry no more. Our spring had snapped but all the other components were builder's grade and the installers cut some corners, which didn't save us a dime. Our door is now significantly upgraded and whisper quiet. Bravo for coming out on such short notice, too!

Patrick was courteous, eager to help and very patient as we went back and forth figuring out the details. He is a hard worker and did all he could to ensure our garage door was working properly by testing it numerous times and readjusting the springs. He worked nearly four hours in the open garage in 15 degree temps. We would recommend Patrick to any customer. Definitely a 5.

Very professional, the team called in advance of their arrival time. They introduced themselves as Precision personnel and proceeded to evaluate the problem with our garage door opening.
