I am very please with the quality of my new Lift Master Garage Door openers. The DC motor and belt drive makes for a very quiet operation. I really like how when I walk in the garage the sensors automatically turn the lights on. The Technician, Matthew M, was very meticulous in the installation. The quality and the detail of his work was exceptional. Whenever I need service in the future, I will be requesting him.

I ordered a garage door opener & new door from Sears. I spent the entire month of April with totally unsatisfactory results from them. They installed the door in a very shabby manner then told me the opener wouldn't work. Needless to say, I'll never use Sears again. I found your company on the internet & was pleased with positive reviews. Kevin was my technician. He did an outstanding job of completely reassembling the door and installing an opener. It works beautifully because it was installed correctly. Kevin was honest, professional and did an incredible job. If needed, I will definitely use your company and request Kevin again. I will also recommend your services to my friends. Also, I'll tell them to never use Sears!!

Sean fixed our garage door--the main spring broke. Fantastic young fella, still bright and cheerful after a long day. Did a wonderful job(door works better than before) and he had a smile the whole time. Left us at about 1930 I'd say and was heading to another job. I'd ask for him by name if another job came up.

I was given a time frame of 1-4 p.m. I got a call that the technician would arrive closer to the 4 p.m. time. He finally arrived at 5:20 p.m. and I had to cancel a personal appointment due to the delay.

I used this company to fix a broken spring on my garage door. I was very impressed with the service technician, arrived within designated time window, very professional, personable and efficient. Just wanted to say thank you. The technician was scheduled to be at my home between 8am and 11am. He was here at 8am sharp, he was very professional, very polite and very informative. He did a complete inspection of both garage doors ever tho i only called for one door. He then explained to me what i needed done and gave me the total price before he ever started. He did a fantastic job the door works great and he even took extra time to explain the work he had done and on top of that he checked out the operation of my garage door opener which wasnt even include in the proposal. Actually, I had used the services of Precision some time ago while living in Maryland. The services I received at that time were very good, so I decided to go with Precision once again. Having certified technicians and being fully insured played a major part in choosing Precision the first time and this time as well.
