Actually, I had used the services of Precision some time ago while living in Maryland. The services I received at that time were very good, so I decided to go with Precision once again. Having certified technicians and being fully insured played a major part in choosing Precision the first time and this time as well. The technician was a bit later than the proposed time but with the traffic woes I could understand. I am satisfied overall.

Matt and his assistant did a great job on a Sunday no less. He had to return for a few tweeks on a freezing Thursday. Came at 6 p.m. And fixed the issues. He was very professional and pleasant despite the conditions (14 degrees).

We worked with Matt to replace our garage door openers. He did an excellent job and worked in cold weather to finish the job. He answered all our questions throughout (before, during, and after) and explained the entire process, features, and additional accessories for the opener. Matt provided exceptional customer service, he was professional, and understanding of our needs. Matt and Anna helped us schedule the appointment at our earliest availability and offered a great deal. We received another offer which was couple hundred dollars lower but we went with Precision Door for their customer service and transparency into solution for us to meet our needs. I highly recommend Precision Door and will do business with them for our future needs.

Arrived when promised and I told the technician Kevin the problem along with a short history of the garage door not being used for twelve years. He explained what he needed to do and I agreed and after installing a new spring ask me for the owners manual and made all the fine tuning adjustments. Works better then ever...and no more "jumping" when you hit hit the open button. Terrific job!

Our garage door tensions springs had failed and after Kevin inspected the mechanical system of the door, found safety issues and items that I would have overlooked. I had Precision Garage Door install a new garage door opener. Technician arrived on time, surveyed the work to be done and prepared a wriiten estimate/work order for my authorization. The new unit was installed flawlessly. The technician was extremely nice to walk me through all operations of the new unit. No headaches or problems. The estimate given over the phone was the exact cost of the work....so there were no surprises. Great experience...will use them again!
