I called early in the morning when I couldn't get out because the garage door opener had broken sometime after I had pulled in the night before. Precision found someone who came in less than two hours of my call. He knew what he was doing, explained the options, and skillfully carried out the work. Very personable on top of all that. Definitely recommend these folks.

One of the 2 garage doors needed adjustment. The same technician who installed the doors came by and was quick to diagnosed and resolved the problem. Tested the door multiple times to ensure it worked properly and while being here, took a look at the other door as well. Great service!

Matthew called 20 minutes before he arrived during the scheduled appt. window on a Sunday(no surcharge)...he inspected our door, explained the estimate, and did a nice job of replacing the broken door spring and fine tuning the door opener in a very timely manner. First of all, I was sent an email showing three repairmen who could be coming, but Patrick was the one that was listed in my email. And he was the one who came. He called me and told me he would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes, I think that is correct, and he was. We did not know what was wrong with one of our garage doors. But Patrick within a very short amount of time, had what was wrong, what to do to fix it, and how much it would cost, 3 different estimates. Work was done, Patrick was clean, polite and knew what he was doing. We will be calling back for the other garage door to be repaired.
