Tina was very prompt to contact me to make the same day appt when I asked for it via my online msg. Matt and Patrick arrived as promised and they were both very professional to greet me and explain in detail on the repair and how much it cost to repair. They inspected my system and garage door to include recommendation to replace rollers. The overall cost was affordable and wife was very happy with the repair work and how efficient Matt and Patrick worked to get the job done right. Patrick was courteous, eager to help and very patient as we went back and forth figuring out the details. He is a hard worker and did all he could to ensure our garage door was working properly by testing it numerous times and readjusting the springs. He worked nearly four hours in the open garage in 15 degree temps. We would recommend Patrick to any customer. Definitely a 5.

Very professional, the team called in advance of their arrival time. They introduced themselves as Precision personnel and proceeded to evaluate the problem with our garage door opening. On completion of the evaluation they gave the estimate for repairs. The work was completed, the work area was clean when they left and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

I've had Precision come out twice to fix the garage door or the openers. Both times the receptionist who booked me was very polite and professional. Kevin was the technician who came out. Prior to coming, he called and confirmed his name and time of arrival. (Said 30 minutes....was here in 29!). Great company.....great service......great people. Highly recommend. And they don't rip you off either! Thanks Kevin!

Based on recommendation, changed springs, pulleys, rollers, basically a complete overhaul. Matt did a great job replacing everything quickly and cleanly. I honestly don't know how the price compared to others, but I felt like it was worth having the work done by knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient professionals. You get what you pay for, and I'm confident that the new installation will last for many years. Everything runs much smoother and quieter now.

Precision Door Service has the best customer service of any company I have hired. First off, they sent a technician an hour after I called and it wasn't even an emergency! Sure enough, Robert showed up to fix my garage door. He was confident, courteous, and very knowledgable about my problem.
