Matt called ahead of time to tell me when he expects to arrive at my home and he arrived very timely. He is very professional. Matt's service was excellent and I highly recommend his service. He took the time to explain the issues with my garage door. He also provided alternatives in addressing such issues including the cost of the services.

Matt did a stellar job and was meticulous, explaining what he was doing (and why); very impressive. If you're worried about hiring someone to care for your garage door, worry no more. Our spring had snapped but all the other components were builder's grade and the installers cut some corners, which didn't save us a dime. Our door is now significantly upgraded and whisper quiet. Bravo for coming out on such short notice, too!

Recommended by a friend. Could not be more pleased. A technician arrived within three hours the same day we called, assessed the problem, ordered the part, and returned in 36 hours to complete the project. Would enthusiastically recommend and use again.

I used Precision before. This morning my garage door malfunctioned at a bad time. They sent a tech out the same day and within three hours of the malfunction the door was repaired and perfect again. I don't use anyone but these guys for garage door problems.

Tina was very prompt to contact me to make the same day appt when I asked for it via my online msg. Matt and Patrick arrived as promised and they were both very professional to greet me and explain in detail on the repair and how much it cost to repair. They inspected my system and garage door to include recommendation to replace rollers. The overall cost was affordable and wife was very happy with the repair work and how efficient Matt and Patrick worked to get the job done right. We are very pleased with Precision Door Service since we moved into our home a year ago. Thank you PDS and looking forward to working with your team in the future.

Patrick was courteous, eager to help and very patient as we went back and forth figuring out the details. He is a hard worker and did all he could to ensure our garage door was working properly by testing it numerous times and readjusting the springs. He worked nearly four hours in the open garage in 15 degree temps. We would recommend Patrick to any customer. Definitely a 5.

Very professional, the team called in advance of their arrival time. They introduced themselves as Precision personnel and proceeded to evaluate the problem with our garage door opening. On completion of the evaluation they gave the estimate for repairs. The work was completed, the work area was clean when they left and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

I've had Precision come out twice to fix the garage door or the openers. Both times the receptionist who booked me was very polite and professional. Kevin was the technician who came out. Prior to coming, he called and confirmed his name and time of arrival. (Said 30 minutes....was here in 29!). Great company.....great service......great people. Highly recommend. And they don't rip you off either! Thanks Kevin!

Prompt, professional, and amazing job. We only needed to repair the springs and cables but ended up paying more to replace wheels and other parts so the system will last even longer. Worth every penny!

We needed a garage door repair. Kevin arrived ahead of scheduled time (which worked great for us) and did a multipoint inspection. He quickly identified the problem and made the adjustment. He replaced the outdoor keypad which wasn't working as well. He took the time to explain everything in detail and offered sound professional advice! Thanks for your help Kevin...
