One of the best things I liked about Kevin was that he didn't just give me one solution to my problem, he gave a couple different options that could fix my problem. He was always polite about what he was saying and I never felt like he was trying to force me into doing something I wasn't comfortable with. I would defintiely ask for him again.

Jim came to my house after there was a problem with one of the sections on my door. He performed a detailed inspection and quickly found the problem. Then he demonstrated all the problems, went over all of the warranty issues, showed me where problem was, and proceeded to order a new section to get the door back in working order for me. Definitely top notch service!

We are very happy with the service that Precision has provided. Both Kevin and Clayton were early and very professional. We ordered a new door and the turn around from the time the door was ordered to the time it was installed was quicker than I imagined it would be. The new door is much quieter than the old one, and we would recommend Precision and all of their techs any time.

Kevin was prompt and courteous and did a great job inspecting our door and explaining how it broke, as well as what construction issues might cause it to break again. He fixed it quickly, even though a huge storm blew in and drenched him as he was working. The repair cost a reasonable $85 plus parts. We will not hesitate to use Precision for our garage door needs in the future.

Kevin was very good at telling us what we needed to do. We originally called Sears and they were unable to help us. We called Precision and Kevin came out and told us that we had to call the manufacturer and have them come out to fix our door. we called several people before Precision and Kevin was only person that was able to tell us what was wrong and how to fix it.
