We found Precision Doors in the Yellow Pages shortly after the torsion spring on our garage door snapped. We called first thing in the morning and were given an appointment window for that same morning. We were sent an email with the name of the technician scheduled to repair our garage door. Jason, our technician, did a great job. He arrived well within the specified window and completed the job early. Jason was very professional: he ensured that I knew what he was doing every step of the way, what I would need to do to adequately maintain our repaired door, and that the work site was thoroughly cleaned. I appreciated receiving the appointment confirmation and notification (along with a picture) identifying the service technician. I was looking to replace an old, worn out, noisy garage door opener. Kevin T provided me with information on my various options, and what was available to meet my goals and remain within my budget. He installed my new garage door opener and door rollers, corrected problems with the door track, and cleaned up everything very professionally.
