Ralph is a very nice and competent nice service person. Definitely keep him in your service. He doesn't try to up sell or have you buy things you don't need. He makes suggestions for improvement based on what he finds but doesn't force the issue. I wish there were more service men like him. I would definitely have Ralph come to my house again.

We are very pleased! We called and Precision responded quickly. My wife had a doctor's appointment but couldn't get out of the garage. Ralph came and fixed our door and got everything working just fine at fair reasonable pricing.

Jim was fantastic! My wife can be a tough one to please at times, and she was absolutely thrilled with the service Jim provided. He fixed one of our garage door springs, then came back the next day to install 2 brand new operators for us. The technician was prompt, helpful and very polite. However my problem did not get solved. The home office did not relay the garage door information that I supplied to the technician. He did not have the parts on hand to repair the door. I called two weeks in advance to give plenty of time to order parts. I explained this quite clearly when I made the appointment. This was very disappointing and now I am back to square one.
