My double garage doors would not open and close properly. We also needed a keypad installed. A snow storm was approaching and we needed the repairs asap. We called Sunday, you came Monday afternoon, replaced spring sets for both doors, installed keypad and we were set. Very professional, got a detailed inspection of both doors and was happy to receive honest appraisal of necessary repairs. Thanks to you we were able to prepare for the storm without worrying how to get the garage doors open to shovel the driveway. Will contact again to completely replace doors. Thanks again.

Precision Overhead Garage Door is awesome! We had an emergency situation of which we were able to call on a Sunday morning, actually speak to a live person and have a scheduled appointment within a few hours! We received an email following up with us and a two hour window with a picture of the technician who would be repairing our garage door! Matt called us 30 minutes prior to arriving within the 2 hour window and was on time and courteous and professional. He investigated, explained our options, gave us great information and performed the repair within an hour of arriving. We are so incredibly pleased and grateful for this impeccable service!!
