Internet search and there was a Prince William County number. I was surprised that even though there are these numbers that the office and techs still come from Fredericksburg. That is along haul out to other Northern VA areas especially early on weekdays. You should consider adding a location closer to the McLean / Fairfax area is my guess. Everything was great however. No issues. Jon did a great job, he communicated his arrival time in advance, and he did a full inspection of the door even though I was just replacing the key pad.

Jon was a very polite and caring tech. I think he did a great job, and explained all necessary repairs, as well as those that would prolong the life of the garage door system as a whole. He brought everything up to spec, and the door operates smooth and quiet now. Thank you very much. We know where to go if we ever have future garage door needs.

Outstanding service. Service was routine maintenance & repair of wiring/controls. Service was transparent, friendly & expeditious. Some things I thought needed replacement were quickly repaired. Estimates were given on damage that should (one day) be addressed, but there was not 'hard sell' at all. There is a veteran discount, which I appreciate. I put Precision in my rolodex.

5 stars, Matthew was very helpful in explaining the failure of our opener and convinced me that DIY was not the way to go. Iwould recommend Precision to anyone who asked.

Matthew was my technician and the work was performed on 5/27/19. He arrived timely and was very knowledgeable about garage doors in general and the specific issue (replacement of the spring) he came to repair. He offered options related to the repair and walked me through how the mechanisms should work. Most important to me is that he was patient and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company for garage repair needs.

Kevin is a true professional; he evaluated the problem and performed the necessary maintenance to ensure that the door works properly. In addition, he's always pleasant and remembers the members of my family. I'll make a note on my calendar to have him return at this time in 2020.

Precision came highly recommended on my Google search, and I can understand why. I'm very impressed with your company! My garage door was fixed on Sunday the day after I called. The tech, Matt, was knowledgeable and patient as he explained the door's problems and answered all my questions. I will highly recommend your company to my friends and neighbors. :-)

The tech was on time and told us what the issue was and gave us 2 options, the 1st option was the least expensive but would not resolve the problem but would get the garage door working, the second was was quite a bit more but would take care of the entire issue. In the end we went with the more expensive option since we didn't want any other issues in the near future. The work was done in a very timely manor and everything was explained to us before and after the job was complete, the only issue that I have is that I did not do my research and cost comparison so the price of the repair seemed quite high but we needed it to be done and the job was quickly and done well. 3 Stars for the cost of the repair 5+ stars for the tech and the quality of his work. I would recommend the service after you do the research for the repairs to be done.

We had another terrific experience with Precision. Early on a Saturday morning, we discovered our 20 year old garage door would not open. A closer examination revealed the door spring had failed. Within 3 hours of calling the service number, Kevin, a 20 year garage door veteran, was at our home. He quickly diagnosed the failure, offered various options, and in 90 minutes had replaced the failed spring mechanism and other failing hinges. I cannot think how emergency service could have been better. Very impressive.

Excellent same day service! Kevin called beforehand to let me know when he would arrive, arrived on time, and quickly fixed my garage door. He showed me beautiful options for garage door replacement that would work well with the design if our home, left an estimate for future reference and a glossy color brochure with photos and colors. He was warm, professional, and low key. We will definitely hire him when we decide to replace our door which is over 49 years old. Highly recommend!

Spring repair; broken torsion spring. My technician (Corey) was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. He thoroughly briefed me on the results of his inspection of my door, and developed 3 different quotes for levels of service. I elected to have my torsion bar bearing replaced in addition to my torsion springs, as well as a full lubrication service. While I can't speak to the competitiveness of the pricing, I can say that the service provided was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Excellent service was provided by Matt and Brett today. They came within the promised arrival time after calling ahead to warn of their arrival and were exceedingly polite, precise and careful in all their repairs. They obviously take great pride in their work. They replaced the springs and did a full servicing job that resulted in an extremely quiet garage door function. Will gladly recommend this service.

My aim was to get a routine garage door tune-up. It turned out that that the technician, Matthew, discovered it had not totally been installed correctly when the townhouse was built 4+ years ago. He fixed the issue and recommended two other optional plans which I declined on the basis that I have my house up for sale. Matthew was extremely professional and very polite. He explained all options very clearly. He is a company asset.
