Great service at a fair price can be hard to find these days, but Precision Delivers. My garage door spring failed around 8am this morning, and the door was repaired, adjusted, and running better than ever by noon. My garage door jammed closed because of a broken spring, trapping a car and lawn tractors inside and I desperately needed to cut grass. Contacted Precision and a technician came out the next morning, replaced both door springs, showed me where some nuts were missing or loose, and gave me pointers on proper door maintenance. Very happy. Came within the time window promised. Kevin was helpful, noticed a number of issues beyond broken spring - I got the expected up-sell but he was professional, factual, and did not pressure me at all, he was doing his job and I have no quibble with that. In fact, we will upgrade the lift system probably end of the year, just not now. Price was in line with what I researched in advance so no issues there either. Quality work (so far, it's been only 24 hours). When we upgrade lift system I will call them again. By all accounts I think I got a fair deal for good, prompt work. Hard to beat that.

I called early in the morning when I couldn't get out because the garage door opener had broken sometime after I had pulled in the night before. Precision found someone who came in less than two hours of my call. He knew what he was doing, explained the options, and skillfully carried out the work. Very personable on top of all that. One of the 2 garage doors needed adjustment. The same technician who installed the doors came by and was quick to diagnosed and resolved the problem. Tested the door multiple times to ensure it worked properly and while being here, took a look at the other door as well. Great service!

I was put in a terrible position with Sears Garage Services because they were unable to show up on two separate occasions within the week. I reached out to Precision Door Service and they were able to come by ON THE SAME DAY I called (which was a Saturday) and made my garage functional again.
