I selected a five star rating because the Precision Garage Door Service technician arrived on time, made recommendations to extend the life of my garage and performed the duties that I originally called about to my satisfaction (replaced the back-up battery). As a result of the technician's professionalism, I signed up for the company's preventive maintenance plan. I can say in all honesty that I will recommend the company to my contacts.

Not free, but, I got full value for my money. My torsion spring had broken and on cable was snapped. Kind of a Mess. I called and Precision sent a team. I was given 3 distinct price points and solutions ranging from a "make it work again" price point at the low end to a "complete rebuild" point at the top. I am not planning to sell this house anytime in the near future, so I went with the complete rebuild package. Not free, but certainly Full Value for my hard earned cash. My door and its fittings are working like new (maybe better than new). They went over everything and even helped me "reaquire" my outdoor entry pad function. I am very pleased.

Kevin the installer was excellent, and i would have rated you 5 stars if i just interacted with him. Your front office however has problems. Matt the scheduler was not as proactive as he should been which cost me a week more of a non- functioning garage door than it should have. and when i called the main number and could not be connected to Matt because he didn't answer, the young lady said i could not have his direct number because it was "against company policy". You've got to be kidding! Change this!
