Easy and accommodating from start to finish. I called this morning and had an appointment set up for the same day, and the technician called within 2 hours to say he could arrive earlier than scheduled if preferable. Despite our garage being problematically full at best, he was polite, courteous and helpful. He explained fully what was needed, and why and quickly and efficiently finished the job. Very much appreciated!

The whole experience was fantastic. From scheduling the appointment on Sunday to Cameron's arrival today. They took the time to explain everything to include providing options for fixing the problem. Once option was selected he went right to work fixing the problem. Over an hour later he was finished and everything was cleaned-up. I would definitely call them again.

Stone was my technician. He explained several repair options after giving the door a safety inspection. I am a hoverer and Stone did not seem to mind. He paused and answered any question I had. He seemed very knowledgeable about every aspect of garage door science. I appreciate that he offered several options but did not try to hard sell any particular choice. While my electric door opener was not part of the service, before he left, he insured that the door closed properly, both manually and electrically. It was a pleasure to have Stone service my garage door.
