I had a garage door spring break, and when the technician got to our home, he already had a spring on his truck to make the repair happen on the spot! The office called us when he was on the way, which was great. I didn't have to sit around and wonder all morning when he was coming. I will surely call Precision Doors back if anything else should go wrong.

A very special thanks to Precision Doors and the staff. Many of us over in the Celebrate America sub division have had many issues with our doors. Our community has two web sites and Precision Doors is on both. I hope that I don't have to have my garage door fixed again but if I do I will be calling you. Thank you

Excellent service. After out garage door springs broke on a Saturday afternoon in the down position and we were concerned our vehicles would be stuck until Monday. Precision and Jim Rost saved the day. I called in just a little after noontime and Jim showed in about two hours parts in hand and 1 hour later we were back in business. Thanks for the prompt response and quick repair.

I located your company in the yellow pages. I was impressed with the same day service. I needed to have 2 car remotes and hand held remotes reprogrammed. The technician was professional and friendly. He checked the system and explained additional work I should have performed to my 11-year old system. I was completely satisfied with the work and will recommend you company to others.

I called your company late Thursday (right around 5:00 pm) and was pleasantly surprised to get a live person. I normally make several calls for service but I didn't after I spoke to Sean. He provided great customer service. He knew exactly what I needed and was very professional. Equally important, he said he could have someone out next day. Technician came out and fixed my garage by noon Friday. No drama. Great service.

I am happy to say that after conducting business with Precision Doors I am a happy camper. I honestly thought it would be different and I would have to spend a great deal of money. I felt really comfortable with Jim as I felt he knew what he was doing and he did not try to over charge me for the service that he performed. As you can tell I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks for all your help.

Jim installed our new garage door today, and it looks incredible. The door was installed in what seemed like no time at all, and it is very clean and looks just like what we had asked for. He walked us through operating it afterward so we knew exactly what to expect. Great company!
