The technician was very professional I had actually flipped through the yellowpages first and schedule another company but they never showed up, found Precision Door and they were here the very next morning. The office staff was very responsive. If any other problems occur we will be calling you back!

Thank you very much for the kind, professional service. After many days of not being able to use my garage door opener I had to open my door manually every time I need to go some place. Jim was able to address all of my concerns and questions that I had along with an evaluation which provided great detail as to what was going on with our doors. Needless to say I will be call Precision Doors to have my other door done next year. Thanks again!

I want you to know personally how happy we are with the service provided by KEVIN- he came in and made the door hum like it never did before- in the past 25 years. Kevin answered all our questions and helped us immensely. Thank you Precision and Mr. Moore for an excellent job by Kevin. 5 stars for sure.

You sent Kevin for a service call on 11/12/2010. He asked some great questions, explained the problems, and let me know what needed to be done (with no pressure). I understood the situation and he did his work in a professional and friendly manner. I really appreciate your having people like Kevin working for your company. He reflected well on himself and your company. I'll recommend you to others. Thanks. - Joe Carbone

My overall experience was EXCELLENT! Our technician, Jim Rost, was the BEST!! He took the time to explain (in explicit detail) the pros and cons of repairing our old door and or replacing it was a new door. He answered all my questions completely and was a true professional...he arrived on time, did his job and cleaned up before leaving. He is definitely an asset to your company. We were taken care of in record time, without any major interruptions from our daily routine. I would definitely recommend Precision to others! Thank you!!

Please send me a sticker to put in the garage with your company name and number on it, so in the future if I have a problem I can readily see who to call. The previous home owners (20 years ago)put a sticker up and that is who we always called before. Good prompt service Good advertising on the internet. Same day service was the deciding factor.

Very happy with Ken's work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the door working again within an hour. He also made some recommendations to improve the door's performance and installed new equipment. Very pleased with service.
