He took the time to explain (in explicit detail) the pros and cons of repairing our old door and or replacing it was a new door. Please send me a sticker to put in the garage with your company name and number on it, so in the future if I have a problem I can readily see who to call. The previous home owners (20 years ago)put a sticker up and that is who we always called before. Good prompt service Good advertising on the internet. Same day service was the deciding factor.
