We had used Precision Doors in the past, and when my garage door broke again, I called up. The office told me they would do their best to get a technician out the same day, because they were very busy. About 30 minutes after I called, I received a call saying a tech could be there in about an hour. The technician came and diagnosed my door, had the parts on his truck, and began working right away. My door runs great now! Excellent service, I would certainly recommend this company to everyone!

This has been a very positive experience from the cheerful person who answered my call at an early hour of 7:40 a.m. to the quick response of the technician, Jim Rost. I was notified 30 mins prior to his arriving and when Jim arrived he was friendly, respectful and professional. He made the correct diagnosis and fixed the problem. He explained to me what needed to be done, answering any questions and was very knowledgeable. I will recommend Precision and will use this company in the future.

My spring broke on Friday night, and I had left a message with Precision Door Service requesting a technician to come to our home. I got a call first thing Saturday morning, and the office said they had a tech available about noon-time. I booked the appointment. Just like the office told me, at about 11:30 I got a call saying my tech was on the way. He arrived a little after 12:00 and went over everything with me, and we ended up repairing most of the door parts. The prices were exactly as the office had quoted me. Great service, great company, I will be calling them back in the future, no questions.

Kevin is a very knowledgeable person. He inspected the door and made suggestions of what to do to repair it. We ended up going with an overhaul, because Kevin showed me how worn out almost all of my door parts were. He showed me the parts they use, and it was a no-brainer. The price was a little more than I had expected to pay, but their service is top notch. Excellent service. After out garage door springs broke on a Saturday afternoon in the down position and we were concerned our vehicles would be stuck until Monday. Precision and Jim Rost saved the day. I called in just a little after noontime and Jim showed in about two hours parts in hand and 1 hour later we were back in business.
