Jim was my technician. He was very professional and explained everything to me in a manner that I understood. He explained that he could not pass everything on the door but doing maintenance on it would be good. He proceed to do the maintenance. He also showed me how to change the battery. I felt very comfortable with what and how Jim explained everything to me. Very pleased with the work and with Precision Door and would recommend them highly to anyone in need of a new garage door or needing maintenance on one. Thank you.

We had our door break on Thursday afternoon. By Friday morning, we had a tech at our house ready to fix our door. He got it running smoother and quieter than it has in years! Best call I've made all year. Thank you.

I found your company in the yellowpages, and scheduled with you because your page looked the most professional. That professionalism didn't stop at your ad. Your office took the time to figure out my issue, worked with me to get a tech here around my hectic schedule, and the technician was friendly and efficient, quickly diagnosing the issue and having the parts ready to fix it for me. WOW! Thank you very much! It's rare to find that level of professionalism in this day and age.

Kevin just installed a new operator because he said my 15yr old Genie was not to code. He installed a Liftmaster 3280 belt drive. I never new there was another type of operator that could be quieter, so when he finished installing it and called me out to show me how it works, I was speachless. This operator is so quiet, I could not believe it was on! No more waking my wife up when I go to work in the morning! Very impressed with the work from Precision!
