My operator stopped working so i called your company. i was very impressed with how quick you were able to come out. i met Jim and he recommended i replace my operator because it was going on 15 years old and was not up to code anymore. i agreed with him and he actually had a new opener on his truck ready to install. he had it up and running in about an hour and explained how the new system worked. I also got a keypad, which i never had before. i'm very happy with my experience with Precision, and recommend everyone to use their services.

I wanted to take the time to thank you for your professional service. I called you on Friday when my door broke. I was in a bind as I needed to go out of town on Saturday morning. You told me you were booked for the evening, but could get to me first thing Saturday morning, at 8am, which gave me plenty of time to get to airport at noon. You came here promptly at 8am (after calling at 7:30 to tell me he's on the way) and started right away at examining my door to find out the problems. After he did his inspection, he went over it with me in a way I could understand, he didn't just throw big words out at me. I told him what work I wanted done, and had it all fixed in about an hour. I could not have been more impressed with the overall service I received. It is very rare in this day to find a company you can rely on. I recommend anyone trying to have their door fixed right the first time to call Precision Door!

I just purchased a new door through Precision. The overall experience was terrific! Jim came to my house and did an inspection, and determined that the price for replacing my door was very close to the price for repairing it. He gave me all the information which allowed me to make an informed decision. I told him to order the door. Within 3 days, the office called me to confirm the door was available and that they'd be here next week to install it. When Jim came back out, he got started right away, and within a few hours I had a brand new door, and man does it look nice! There were no surprises, no hidden fees. Only great service. I will certainly call you again should anything happen in the future. I've also passed your name along to all my friends and family so they know who to trust.
