Thanks for coming to our home so quickly. I was prepared to take a day off because I called late in the afternoon, but you said you had a tech on standby ready to come to my home when I called. Excellent service, I couldn't had asked for better. Keep up the great work!

It's nice to know there is a reliable company out there that does honest work. My door broke and Precision came out same day to fix my issue. They did an inspection and told me everything that was wrong with my door. The tech said he could take care of everything right now, so I gave him the go-ahead. My door is working BETTER than it was years ago. I'm now wishing I called them months ago, because I didn't know how good my door could run. Thanks again, we'll call back for sure!

Price was a little higher than expected, but for the work I had done, I cannot complain. They were professional from the time they answered the phones, and did not have me jump through any hoops. I will callback if I need any further assistance.

My operator stopped working so i called your company. i was very impressed with how quick you were able to come out. i met Jim and he recommended i replace my operator because it was going on 15 years old and was not up to code anymore. i agreed with him and he actually had a new opener on his truck ready to install. he had it up and running in about an hour and explained how the new system worked. I also got a keypad, which i never had before. i'm very happy with my experience with Precision, and recommend everyone to use their services.

I wanted to call to thank you for fixing our broke spring. I was worried that it would take forever to get someone here to fix it, but your company was quick and very professional. You called me enroute, your prices matched what you quoted. Very rare to find a reliable company. I will call you back if anything should go wrong.
