Then he demonstrated all the problems, went over all of the warranty issues, showed me where problem was, and proceeded to order a new section to get the door back in working order for me. One of the best things I liked about Kevin was that he didn't just give me one solution to my problem, he gave a couple different options that could fix my problem. He was always polite about what he was saying and I never felt like he was trying to force me into doing something I wasn't comfortable with. I would defintiely ask for him again.

Kevin was prompt and courteous and did a great job inspecting our door and explaining how it broke, as well as what construction issues might cause it to break again. He fixed it quickly, even though a huge storm blew in and drenched him as he was working. The repair cost a reasonable $85 plus parts. We will not hesitate to use Precision for our garage door needs in the future.

If I could give Ralph a 10 I would! He was absolutely fantastic! He showed us everything that was wrong and explained what he was doing before he started the work. He kept us informed the whole time he was here. Our door opener has been there 10 years and if it goes soon we will be calling Precision to come back to our home!

Kevin was very good at telling us what we needed to do. We originally called Sears and they were unable to help us. We called Precision and Kevin came out and told us that we had to call the manufacturer and have them come out to fix our door. we called several people before Precision and Kevin was only person that was able to tell us what was wrong and how to fix it.
