They called ahead of time so I was not surprised when he showed up. Jason was quick to diagnose the issue, and showed me several parts I had never seen before that were on the verge of breaking. He offered me several options for repairing the door, which was great because I was able to choose the option that worked best for me. He had our door back working in no-time.
