Mr. Shyamala, We’re sorry to hear your disappointment with your appointment and the Precision experience. This is contrary to what we seek to do each and every day. Please know, we did have the parts on the truck to fix your garage door. As the technician explained, you have a Wayne Dalton door with the torquemaster system. The torquemaster has particular components that cannot be repaired. It must be replaced. We offered to take an obsolete system and convert it to a system that has been around since the beginning of the overhead garage door and can be worked on by any garage door company. Also with a torsion mechanical lift system, when something breaks, a part can replaced for the repair, rather having to replace the entire system. It’s simply a better solution. Great service. Patrick came same day and worked late to fix an old garage door. It was Holiday weekend and a Saturday and they did did not charge extra for overtime. The price was reasonable, the service was great and we will call them again when we are ready to install new doors. Patrick also called to keep us informed of his arrival time. Wish we could give them more than 5 stars.

Max was very personable, thorough in his explanations (i.e., how to manually open/close door), and took extra efforts to correct a less than professional initial installation completed by another company. The entire process by the Precision staff was seamless and efficient: from a prompt response to my online request the previous day to several scheduling emails that afternoon/the next morning to Max's prompt "on my way" phone call and arrival. I wanted to take the opportunity to share my experience. Unlike most, maybe, I’m reviewing even though I decided not to have Precision Garage Door to perform work at this time. I came to this decision strictly from a personal financial standpoint and not because of anything negative about Precision Garage Door. Cameron was the tech that provided an estimate. Friendly guy, professional and obviously very knowledgeable. I also spoke with Suzanne. I found her to be equally professional, customer service oriented and very informative. Again, I know this isn’t the typical review but positive interactions and great customer service deserves mention. Thank you!

I was pleased with the service to replace my wall unit. Cameron did a good job in fixing my issue. My main concern is how the company handles pricing of services. Cameron told me he would do the inspection of the unit which would take about 15 mins. When I came back to check on him about 10 mins later her was in the truck talking on phone discussing replacement part for my wall unit. He told me during his inspection he saw some issues, but didn’t elaborate on these issues & he didn’t do anything regarding these issues. When he was finished replacing my wall unit, he gave me my invoice total & I paid. When I received invoice by email I saw I was charged $65 for preventative maintenance which he did not do. The $85 charge for the visit only includes the inspection & labor for the visit. I attempted to resolve the discrepancy on the $65 charge with the company, but was denied as they said work was done & I agreed for representative to continue work. I do recommend this company for your garage door needs, but also recommend you witness everything the representative does during the visit.

Cameron completed the 25 point safety inspection as well as the preventative maintenance, and was on the phone with the owner discussing which wall console would be best. It is our policy to review and approve all work before we begin. When you reached out to our office with your concern, I offered to have Cameron call to discuss further and explain what was included in the preventative maintenance service, but you declined. Responsive service, excellent job- on time and efficient repair. The garage door was badly in need of service and adjustment, had become erratic in remote control and manual button operation and was excessively noisy. Max's inspection quickly diagnosed the problems to include motor gear issues. He fully explained the repairs and cost which were very reasonable. He offered suggestions to improve performance (and quietness) and quickly completed the repairs and service. Excellent outcome. Highly recommend this company and Max.

Fast and wonderful service!!!! Our wall console for the garage door opener stopped working. Remotes worked, but not the wall console. Being the weekend, I thought it would be tough to find some weekend. Precision was! Gave them a call, told them my problem - they said they would a technician that afternoon. Patrick, the tech, called and asked if he could come early. Super. Arrived ahead of time, located the problem and fixed.Pat was very kind and helpful. Price was about what I would expect based on similar work we have done but the work and timing was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone. THANK YOU!
