The spring broke on a Saturday morning (of course!) and the closest service provider was closed until Monday. I found Precision's website and they looked almost too good to be true. Full services available on the weekend at no extra charge, great reviews but I called to check for myself. The lady I spoke with (Linda?) was great, answered all my questions and got a tech scheduled for Sunday morning. They sent an email confirming the appointment and then a text when Matt was on the way. The text had his picture and and nice bio with professional and personal info which really helped to set a positive tone. Matt was outstanding in every respect. He arrived on time in a branded truck (not some white unmarked van), introduced himself and we went over the problem. He then accomplished an inspection to determine the work scope and provided a detailed breakdown and the charges. In addition to the spring replacement, I had preventive maintenance done on both doors. Matt was quick and thorough and now both doors work better and are smoother and quiter. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for all our service needs.

I chose Precision Garage Door after an internet search and their having the earliest availability. Matt was my technician and he was outstanding. I received a call when he was on his way, within the agreed upon time frame. Upon arrival Matt was curteous and helpful. He performed an inspection of my door and free of charge performed some basic maintenance tasks that were above what one would have expected. He gave me a quote to solve my problem, broken tension springs, and was fast to get to work. Overall I would certainly recommend him to any neighbors and friends who find themselves with and unexpected garage door repair need.

The Precision Garage Door technician Matt was excellent! He called to let me know he was on his way. He was professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. Matt was a terrific help repairing broken springs, bearings, rollers, and more. Felt like he went above and beyond inspecting the entire assembly vs just fixing a symptom, and gave me repair options in priority order (urgent vs preventative) to consider against my budget. Then spent time with me reviewing operating procedures until I got it right (I didn't on the first time). Sunday afternoon and my garage door remote was no longer working. I called Precision Garage door with low hopes of having anyone come out and with every expectation of paying a premium for Sunday service. Well, I was wrong on both counts - the service was excellent and Matt - who was awesome and extremely professional - showed up quickly and didn't charge me at all! He pointed out that painters we had earlier in the week accidentally "locked" the garage door. He was only here for 10 minutes or so, but he left a strong positive impression - would definitely call Precision Garage door again!

This was the second time that we successfully utilized the services of Precision to assist us. When a spring snapped on one of our garage doors, Matt came and fixed it. It has worked well ever since. This time, the other spring snapped. Kyler Pooler came and fixed the spring. Mr. Pooler was most pleasant and efficient. He also checked the overall system and recommended that we should replace the 20+ year old motor mechanism. Fortunately, he had the equipment necessary to make this repair as well.

Justin arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional in his assessment of the problem with my door. He explained the situation with the door and gave me the option of a temporary repair or replacement. He did not try and sell me a door that I did not need and explained the option of replacement. I chose to replace the door due to the fact that in the future I would have to replace it. I was very pleased with the outcome and was very satisfied. Today, Matt came over to do a maintenance check and look at my garage unit that was hit by the power surge. He ran his maintenance check to ensure the door integrity is in fine working order and check the inside of the garage opener to ensure it worked as it should. He set the settings and make sure all components work! At the end in his post detail findings there are no major problems, and also made recommendation what I need to do to make sure my garage unit can last long whenever I need it service again. Once again, Precision Door is my go to group for all my garage work! Will do business again.

Travis and Kyler worked on replacing my door motors and some hardware. After 24 years of service the old hardware was showing it's age and it was great to get new wifi connected motors for them.
