What a great experience! My door broke on a Sunday, I sent an email to them that afternoon, and my door was fixed by Monday early afternoon. Can't say enough good things about Max. He was friendly, informative, honest, explained everything thoroughly, arrived at scheduled time and finished ahead of schedule. I worked in customer service prior to retiring and everyone in the chain made this experience easy and stress free. Best customer service I've encountered in years. I totally recommend them!

I give Precision Garage Doors a 5 Star. I called another company and no one answer and I had to leave a voicemail. When I need something I want to talk to someone right away. I then called Precision Garage Doors and a lady answered the phone and answered all my questions. She scheduled me an appointment for the next morning from 9-11 and the technician called me around 9:00am and said he would be at my house in 10 mins. Now that is SERVICE! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

I am an HVAC contractor so I speak with a great deal of confidence when saying the service I received yesterday was second to none! The technician - Max - was super cool - easy to work with - explained options clearly - and did not try to oversell me! Great service. Max, the service person, arrived promptly at the start of the scheduled window. He checked the problem, broken spring, and other door parts and went over the range of services from the basic which was just the spring replacement to other items that could be considered. He explained the fees and completed the work. Payment was quick with my credit card and I had received an email confirmation of my appointment and my receipt. Max was bright and cheery.

This was a perfect repair. Garage door spring broke late Friday. Called Precision next morning at about 8. Very nice scheduler set up an appointment for between 11 & 3. Patrick arrived about noon, inspected the door, gave options to fix and tune the door. He then replaced both spring and pulleys and was done by about 3. He did a great job and made sure I was satisfied with his repair. Very professional. I would recommend Precision.

After one of the extension springs snapped, I checked out a some sites and got a couple quotes. After watching the video and getting more informed, I felt very comfortable choosing Precision, and I'm glad I did. Precision door had a technician come out quickly. Max was great to deal with and he explained the garage door issues in detail. He took the time to find the root of our old garage door problems. I was told by the technician Patrick, that he would give me a 90 day warranty on only the parts he installed which were 2-high cycle tempered springs. However, after he called the office, they declined to honor that. It isn't alot to ask, that you should give a warranty on the parts you install. And at the very least, have consistency with the tech & office as to what's been promised to the customer. :(

Customer satisfaction and customer safety are our priority. Per our conversation, we are glad to know you are pleased with the service provided. As you mentioned, your car was trapped and you reached out to other companies that were not able to provide service for several days. We were able to service your garage door and broken spring within an hour of your phone call. We apologize for the misunderstanding and misinformation regarding the warranty. Per the technician’s inspection report, there were many issues with your garage door and mechanical lift system. He provided 3 options and you selected option 1, which was what we call a “band aide” repair. Precision has specific warranty guidelines, and the minimal repair does not include a warranty. We contacted Precision because of a broken cable on our garage door. We were surprised to learn that the main spring snapped in two causing the cable failure. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and superb service provided by Max. He did a thorough inspection of the door and recommended that we change out the rollers as well. The door works like a champ. Very impressed with Precision overall. They kept us posted with email notifications and provided information about each of their service providers so that we would recognize the tech when they arrived. Excellent service and value! Amazing is the best word to use. From start to finish the Precision team handled everything from ordering new garage doors, springs, rollers, remotes, keypads, openers to installation with total professionalism.
