Amazing is the best word to use. From start to finish the Precision team handled everything from ordering new garage doors, springs, rollers, remotes, keypads, openers to installation with total professionalism. What I liked the most was their total focus on the customer. As a consumer I had multiple options and I am sure glad I chose Precision! The Precision team and the garage doors exceeded our expectations. The entire experience was the best! Precision Door Services earned my five stars. Their representative Max Scozia could fight on my right any time the General Quarters alarm sounds. The whole experience of dealing with these personnel was "Top of the Mark". From the moment we first called with a dead door, to the follow on scheduling, to the actual installation they are the "Right Stuff". Excellent in every way. Responded quickly to emergency broken spring incident. Great customer support began on phone with Suzanne, who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She's the reason I selected Precision over other vendors. Patrick, the technician, arrived on time (actually, early) and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all questions accurately and made excellent recommendations. Patrick installed new springs, opener, remote keypad and rollers, and did a thorough overhaul of the entire system. Repair was done expertly and quickly. The system is now better than it ever was.

Look no further for a professional, experienced and friendly crew and office manager. This repair of a garage door and installation of a new opener went flawlessly from start to finish. Kevin was on time, worked quickly, provided necessary information and answered all questions. And then there was manager Suzanne who was so helpful, returned a routine call after hours and was so nice and well-spoken. In this day and age, I wanted to give her a hug. We suddenly had a broken garage door spring and so look through websites and found this company (trustworthy, legitimate, photos showing who they are, etc.). Called and spoke W/Suzanne and she sent a tech's name Max. He was great and outstanding at explaining how every thing works and all the upcoming info about garage door. Max was great, very informative. I like the fact that the company sent his photo ahead of time, he called that he was running early and if it was ok to come early. He checked out our garage top to bottom and gave great recommendations, didn't try to sell things that were not necessary. So far I am pleased with the service. Rates are consistent with other companies in the area. Technician (Kevin) pointed out some other maintenance issues. No pushy sales tactics, just the facts. That was super helpful. I had the critical items repaired. The other items I will do as a weekend warrior project. Hopefully get a few more years out of the door before replacement.

Tech arrived a little earlier than I was told. He show me three options. I made my selection and thought he would do the install sometime next week. To my surprise he say no install is today. I couldn't be happier with the quickness of the install and the final product. I would highly recommend Pricision Door Service.

Patrick from Precision Overhead Garage Door did an outstanding job repairing and tuning up our garage door. He also recommended some items be repair on our other garage doors which we did to allow them to last longer and to reinforce the top panel of the door. The scheduling department was curious and got us an appointment the same day we called. Patrick was able to show up early, and their scheduling department called to ensure that was okay with us. Patrick was very professional, and did a great job cleaning up the work area when the work was completed. The work he did tuning up our garage door was great, and it operates so much better. We are planning on tuning up our other garage doors very soon.

We had a broken spring for our 2 car garage door. Kevin fixed it very efficiently. He also provided very valuable advise, like we should have 2 springs instead of just one spring for our 2 car garage door. He also advised us to move door sensor wires from the central rode linking door system. We sincerely appreciate him providing the professional service.

We contacted Precision because of a broken cable on our garage door. We were surprised to learn that the main spring snapped in two causing the cable failure. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and superb service provided by Max. He did a thorough inspection of the door and recommended that we change out the rollers as well. The door works like a champ. Very impressed with Precision overall. They kept us posted with email notifications and provided information about each of their service providers so that we would recognize the tech when they arrived. Excellent service and value! Thank you! Will highly recommend Precision to others.
