Kevin is a very knowledgeable person. He inspected the door and made suggestions of what to do to repair it. We ended up going with an overhaul, because Kevin showed me how worn out almost all of my door parts were. He showed me the parts they use, and it was a no-brainer. The price was a little more than I had expected to pay, but their service is top notch. The office called when he was on the way, so I knew exactly when he would be here, and he came prepared to work! Great job!

I had a garage door spring break, and when the technician got to our home, he already had a spring on his truck to make the repair happen on the spot! The office called us when he was on the way, which was great. I didn't have to sit around and wonder all morning when he was coming. Excellent service. After out garage door springs broke on a Saturday afternoon in the down position and we were concerned our vehicles would be stuck until Monday. Precision and Jim Rost saved the day. I called in just a little after noontime and Jim showed in about two hours parts in hand and 1 hour later we were back in business. Thanks for the prompt response and quick repair.

I called your company late Thursday (right around 5:00 pm) and was pleasantly surprised to get a live person. I normally make several calls for service but I didn't after I spoke to Sean. He provided great customer service. He knew exactly what I needed and was very professional. Equally important, he said he could have someone out next day. Technician came out and fixed my garage by noon Friday. No drama. Great service.
