Great service. Patrick came same day and worked late to fix an old garage door. It was Holiday weekend and a Saturday and they did did not charge extra for overtime. The price was reasonable, the service was great and we will call them again when we are ready to install new doors. Patrick also called to keep us informed of his arrival time. Wish we could give them more than 5 stars.

Excellent service from the first contact phone call to the installation of repair parts. Everything explained up front and no surprises at the end. Very professional installer. Fast and wonderful service!!!! Our wall console for the garage door opener stopped working. Remotes worked, but not the wall console. Being the weekend, I thought it would be tough to find some weekend. Precision was! Gave them a call, told them my problem - they said they would a technician that afternoon. Patrick, the tech, called and asked if he could come early. Super. Arrived ahead of time, located the problem and fixed.Pat was very kind and helpful. Price was about what I would expect based on similar work we have done but the work and timing was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone. THANK YOU!

This was a perfect repair. Garage door spring broke late Friday. Called Precision next morning at about 8. Very nice scheduler set up an appointment for between 11 & 3. Patrick arrived about noon, inspected the door, gave options to fix and tune the door. He then replaced both spring and pulleys and was done by about 3. He did a great job and made sure I was satisfied with his repair. Very professional. I would recommend Precision.

I was told by the technician Patrick, that he would give me a 90 day warranty on only the parts he installed which were 2-high cycle tempered springs. However, after he called the office, they declined to honor that. It isn't alot to ask, that you should give a warranty on the parts you install. And at the very least, have consistency with the tech & office as to what's been promised to the customer. :(

Excellent in every way. Responded quickly to emergency broken spring incident. Great customer support began on phone with Suzanne, who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She's the reason I selected Precision over other vendors. Patrick, the technician, arrived on time (actually, early) and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all questions accurately and made excellent recommendations. Patrick installed new springs, opener, remote keypad and rollers, and did a thorough overhaul of the entire system. Repair was done expertly and quickly. The system is now better than it ever was.
