Great service. Patrick came same day and worked late to fix an old garage door. It was Holiday weekend and a Saturday and they did did not charge extra for overtime. The price was reasonable, the service was great and we will call them again when we are ready to install new doors. Patrick also called to keep us informed of his arrival time. Wish we could give them more than 5 stars.

Booked appointment for between 2 and 5 pm on the same day and the installer was there early with a call when he was 30 minutes away. Very happy to recommend this company from this experience

Fast and wonderful service!!!! Our wall console for the garage door opener stopped working. Remotes worked, but not the wall console. Being the weekend, I thought it would be tough to find some weekend. Precision was! Gave them a call, told them my problem - they said they would a technician that afternoon. Patrick, the tech, called and asked if he could come early. Super. Arrived ahead of time, located the problem and fixed.Pat was very kind and helpful. Price was about what I would expect based on similar work we have done but the work and timing was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone. THANK YOU!

This was a perfect repair. Garage door spring broke late Friday. Called Precision next morning at about 8. Very nice scheduler set up an appointment for between 11 & 3. Patrick arrived about noon, inspected the door, gave options to fix and tune the door. He then replaced both spring and pulleys and was done by about 3. He did a great job and made sure I was satisfied with his repair. Very professional. I would recommend Precision.

I was told by the technician Patrick, that he would give me a 90 day warranty on only the parts he installed which were 2-high cycle tempered springs. However, after he called the office, they declined to honor that. It isn't alot to ask, that you should give a warranty on the parts you install. And at the very least, have consistency with the tech & office as to what's been promised to the customer. :(

Customer satisfaction and customer safety are our priority. Per our conversation, we are glad to know you are pleased with the service provided. As you mentioned, your car was trapped and you reached out to other companies that were not able to provide service for several days. We were able to service your garage door and broken spring within an hour of your phone call. We apologize for the misunderstanding and misinformation regarding the warranty. Per the technician’s inspection report, there were many issues with your garage door and mechanical lift system. He provided 3 options and you selected option 1, which was what we call a “band aide” repair. Precision has specific warranty guidelines, and the minimal repair does not include a warranty. Excellent in every way. Responded quickly to emergency broken spring incident. Great customer support began on phone with Suzanne, who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She's the reason I selected Precision over other vendors. Patrick, the technician, arrived on time (actually, early) and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all questions accurately and made excellent recommendations. Patrick installed new springs, opener, remote keypad and rollers, and did a thorough overhaul of the entire system. Repair was done expertly and quickly. The system is now better than it ever was.

Tech arrived a little earlier than I was told. He show me three options. I made my selection and thought he would do the install sometime next week. To my surprise he say no install is today. I couldn't be happier with the quickness of the install and the final product. I would highly recommend Pricision Door Service.

Patrick from Precision Overhead Garage Door did an outstanding job repairing and tuning up our garage door. He also recommended some items be repair on our other garage doors which we did to allow them to last longer and to reinforce the top panel of the door. The scheduling department was curious and got us an appointment the same day we called. Patrick was able to show up early, and their scheduling department called to ensure that was okay with us. Patrick was very professional, and did a great job cleaning up the work area when the work was completed. The work he did tuning up our garage door was great, and it operates so much better. We are planning on tuning up our other garage doors very soon.
