Super fast and professional service. My wife couldnâ??t get out of the garage (and on to work!) that morning and was happy to have Jim show up within 30 mins of making the call. He explained we needed to replace the spring and other suggestions. After giving us the sticker shock ;-) he proceeded to quickly get on with the repairs and was done in approximately an hour as promised. I also appreciate the advance confirmation email with Jimâ??s pictureâ??so my wife knew what heâ??d look like. All in all great service! Thanks

Jason came to my house and once he got there, performed an inspection and told me that I needed to replace a gear on my door. He placed the order for the new gear and was back in a couple days putting the new part on. Jason is great and I will keep using Precision Garage Doors in the future.

Very prompt courteous service. Kevin was very knowledgeable and personable. He readily gave in-depth answers to all my questions. We had new garage doors and opener system installed. They arrived on time, had everything done in a couple of hours, cleaned up the work site and gave me instructions on the new system. We are very happy with our new doors and Precision.

Kevin was prompt and courteous and did a great job inspecting our door and explaining how it broke, as well as what construction issues might cause it to break again. He fixed it quickly, even though a huge storm blew in and drenched him as he was working. The repair cost a reasonable $85 plus parts. We will not hesitate to use Precision for our garage door needs in the future.

If I could give Ralph a 10 I would! He was absolutely fantastic! He showed us everything that was wrong and explained what he was doing before he started the work. He kept us informed the whole time he was here. Our door opener has been there 10 years and if it goes soon we will be calling Precision to come back to our home!

Ralph came and installed a new control for me. Once he installed it he explained how to use it. He also inspected the entire door's hardware system and showed me where possible problems may come up in the future and how to make the hardware on the door last longer. I highly recommend both Precision as a company and Ralph as a technician.

Kevin was very good at telling us what we needed to do. We originally called Sears and they were unable to help us. We called Precision and Kevin came out and told us that we had to call the manufacturer and have them come out to fix our door. we called several people before Precision and Kevin was only person that was able to tell us what was wrong and how to fix it.

Kevin came out in 2009 to fix our door. He basically did an overall tune up/repair of the entire door and operating system. We were up and running again in no time at all. We called him again the other day because the door started malfunctioning again and we thought we were going to have to actually replace the entire door. Kevin came and told us the only thing we needed to do that was't done last time was replace the trolley system. He's fantastic! He comes and only recommends what NEEDS to be done, not what will make you pay more. Highly recommend Kevin and Precision Garage Doors to anyone!
