I appreciated receiving the appointment confirmation and notification (along with a picture) identifying the service technician. I was looking to replace an old, worn out, noisy garage door opener. Kevin T provided me with information on my various options, and what was available to meet my goals and remain within my budget. He installed my new garage door opener and door rollers, corrected problems with the door track, and cleaned up everything very professionally. Prompt, quick and painless service! Called at 7:10 am, was given a window of 8:00 - 10:00 am! Technician was a bit delayed due to traffic but called in time to inform me. After a brief diagnosis, the repair was done professionally and fast, within one hour. Some other minor repairs were done at the same time, such as replacement of missing screws and new wheels. I could use the door well before noon.

The problem turned out to be mostly "operator lack of knowledge," but Jim did do a general inspection and passed along a number of good hints which should help us in the future. I felt the service call was well worth the cost. Jim was personable, knowledgeable, and very efficient.
