Jim was fantastic! My wife can be a tough one to please at times, and she was absolutely thrilled with the service Jim provided. He fixed one of our garage door springs, then came back the next day to install 2 brand new operators for us. I had a spring break on me over the weekend, and I called Precision to come fix it. They were right on time with what was quoted over the phone. They called ahead of time so I was not surprised when he showed up. Jason was quick to diagnose the issue, and showed me several parts I had never seen before that were on the verge of breaking. He offered me several options for repairing the door, which was great because I was able to choose the option that worked best for me. He had our door back working in no-time.
