I brought my liftmaster garage door opener from Precision, so I call Precision whenever I have a problem or need service. I have alway received prompt service. Jim was polite, explaining my problem and the fix (front belt drive pulley). He also recommended a few hints on how to keep my garage door and opener working properly.
