Jim was my technician. He was very professional and explained everything to me in a manner that I understood. He explained that he could not pass everything on the door but doing maintenance on it would be good. He proceed to do the maintenance. He also showed me how to change the battery. I felt very comfortable with what and how Jim explained everything to me. Very pleased with the work and with Precision Door and would recommend them highly to anyone in need of a new garage door or needing maintenance on one. Thank you.
