First of all, I apprecisted the proactive approach to contacting me when an earlier opening was availble in the day. Once Jim arrived, he listened to the the problem as I described it, and then wasted no time in determining the problem. He had the parts available and explained the options in making the repair. Once the repair was complete, he inspected both my doors and advised me of potential problems I may see in the future.
