Great company!! Called early in the morning as my spring snapped and cars were trapped in the garage. Talked with Suzanne, who quickly got us setup with Max for an appointment. Max arrived early and diagnosed the issues with our door and provided recommendations that were clearly needed. Within about 2-1/4 hours the work was completed and we could not believe the difference in the operation of the door. Soooo smooth and quiet, just as Max had indicated. Max did impeccable work , at the highest quality. Highly recommend Precision's work. They have a great team working for them!!!!

I chose Precision after looking at the great reviews. Max did a wonderful job repairing a garage door spring and shaft that had been repaired by another company only six months ago but failed. He fully explained the options and exactly what was covered and what was not covered. When done, Max showed me everything he had done and what I needed to do to keep the door in good working condition. Excellent work!

Precision's response to our emergency call to fix a non-working garage door operator was awesome. Scheduling the service call by phone was quick and Max, the technician arrived within a couple of hours. We were impressed with his professional appraisal and quick diagnosis and repair of the electronic malfunctions in our Genie safety sensor. Max also took the time to check the mechanical components of our garage door and cheerfully shared maintenance tips on how we homeowners can keep aging equipment in good shape. He clearly knew his stuff and loved the customer service part of his job. Precision is on our rolodex for future service needs!

When my garage door opener suddenly died, I called Precision. They sent a technician that same afternoon. Max couldn't have been more professional, courteous and helpful. He did an expert job installing a new opener, and showed me where the rubber at the bottom of the door needed to be replaced to keep out "critters." He was very careful about disinfecting everything he touched and keeping a safe distance. When he came back to replace the rubber and it was like seeing an old friend who cared about keeping me safe.

The spring on our garage door broke and Max, your Tech Specialist, was right on time. He called ahead and confirmed his arrival time. When he arrived he was really friendly and very respectful of us and our home. He explained the work required and in great detail what my options were. After I selected the work I wanted performed, he got right to it. The work was done in a timely fashion and with excellent quality. I will absolutely refer Precision to my friends and neighbors. Outstanding service. Service was routine maintenance & repair of wiring/controls. Service was transparent, friendly & expeditious. Some things I thought needed replacement were quickly repaired. Estimates were given on damage that should (one day) be addressed, but there was not 'hard sell' at all. There is a veteran discount, which I appreciate. I put Precision in my rolodex.

The tech was on time and told us what the issue was and gave us 2 options, the 1st option was the least expensive but would not resolve the problem but would get the garage door working, the second was was quite a bit more but would take care of the entire issue. In the end we went with the more expensive option since we didn't want any other issues in the near future. The work was done in a very timely manor and everything was explained to us before and after the job was complete, the only issue that I have is that I did not do my research and cost comparison so the price of the repair seemed quite high but we needed it to be done and the job was quickly and done well. 3 Stars for the cost of the repair 5+ stars for the tech and the quality of his work. I would recommend the service after you do the research for the repairs to be done.

Excellent same day service! Kevin called beforehand to let me know when he would arrive, arrived on time, and quickly fixed my garage door. He showed me beautiful options for garage door replacement that would work well with the design if our home, left an estimate for future reference and a glossy color brochure with photos and colors. He was warm, professional, and low key. We will definitely hire him when we decide to replace our door which is over 49 years old. Highly recommend!
