I was very happy with the service that Precision provided to me. I called on Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon (at the time promised with a call ahead)a technician was at our house quickly and professionally repairing our door. The price was exactly as indicated to me on the phone, and the technician did an excellent job of informing me regarding the nature of the repair and on how to properly maintain our door going forward. I give my highest possible recommnedation to Precision!

Kevin is a very knowledgeable person. He inspected the door and made suggestions of what to do to repair it. We ended up going with an overhaul, because Kevin showed me how worn out almost all of my door parts were. He showed me the parts they use, and it was a no-brainer. The price was a little more than I had expected to pay, but their service is top notch. The office called when he was on the way, so I knew exactly when he would be here, and he came prepared to work! Great job!

My spring broke on Friday night, and I had left a message with Precision Door Service requesting a technician to come to our home. I got a call first thing Saturday morning, and the office said they had a tech available about noon-time. I booked the appointment. Just like the office told me, at about 11:30 I got a call saying my tech was on the way. He arrived a little after 12:00 and went over everything with me, and we ended up repairing most of the door parts. The prices were exactly as the office had quoted me. Great service, great company, I will be calling them back in the future, no questions.

I called your company late Thursday (right around 5:00 pm) and was pleasantly surprised to get a live person. I normally make several calls for service but I didn't after I spoke to Sean. He provided great customer service. He knew exactly what I needed and was very professional. Equally important, he said he could have someone out next day. Technician came out and fixed my garage by noon Friday. No drama. Great service.

Doing business with Precision Doors is one of the best things that i could have ever done. From the office staff to the technician our experience was great. The office staff was professional and was able to quickly expedite services for us so we could get our door back right. Please send me a sticker to put in the garage with your company name and number on it, so in the future if I have a problem I can readily see who to call. The previous home owners (20 years ago)put a sticker up and that is who we always called before. Good prompt service Good advertising on the internet. Same day service was the deciding factor.
