Long time client. Had an issue with one of my remotes. Justin arrived on time, early in fact, and promptly showed me my choices of replacements and tested the unit out from a distance. While at the house he conducted a safety inspection and lubricated the hinges. Very courteous and efficient. He is an example of why I trust Precision.

Cameron did an excellent job of explaining the repair options, did not make a hard sell one way or another. Once we finalized the repair option that made the most sense, Cameron made the repair in a very reasonable amount of time. Another professional job from an outstanding company. My go-to company for any of my garage repairs! And as a military member, definitely appreciate the discount they offer.

Outstanding service- from my discussion with Suzanne and making the appointment, to Patrick, my technician, calling ahead to confirm, arriving on time, and providing honest, reliable work and not trying to "upsell" something I did not need. Clearly integrity is a core value, and much appreciated! Great job, thank you for the great service!
