Kevin came out in 2009 to fix our door. He basically did an overall tune up/repair of the entire door and operating system. We were up and running again in no time at all. We called him again the other day because the door started malfunctioning again and we thought we were going to have to actually replace the entire door. Kevin came and told us the only thing we needed to do that was't done last time was replace the trolley system. He's fantastic! He comes and only recommends what NEEDS to be done, not what will make you pay more. Highly recommend Kevin and Precision Garage Doors to anyone!

Ralph has done a good job. He will be coming back to my house on a later date to reprogram the remotes that came with the opener we bought from him, and after that everything will be great!

Jim was fantastic! My wife can be a tough one to please at times, and she was absolutely thrilled with the service Jim provided. He fixed one of our garage door springs, then came back the next day to install 2 brand new operators for us. Needless to say, we are very pleased and I will be recommending Precision Garage Doors to all of my friends and family!

I had a spring break on me over the weekend, and I called Precision to come fix it. They were right on time with what was quoted over the phone. They called ahead of time so I was not surprised when he showed up. Jason was quick to diagnose the issue, and showed me several parts I had never seen before that were on the verge of breaking. He offered me several options for repairing the door, which was great because I was able to choose the option that worked best for me. He had our door back working in no-time. I recommend Precision if you're looking for a reliable company that can be trusted!
