Jason is a great asset to your company. He came within the scheduled time frame, and had all the parts on his truck to fix my doors right then and there. Great service from booking the call to sending my tech on his way!

Kevin came to our home this morning and fixed our broken spring. Scheduling the appointment was easy and we were given an estimate over the phone to replace it. When he came out he did his inspection and showed us ways to keep our door safe and in good working order. He made some recommendations and we decided to have him replace some of our old parts for newer, more up to date (quieter) parts. Once the door was fixed the old (ancient) garage door opener we had seemed out of place and very very loud. Kevin had a new opener on his truck and my garage was like brand new in just over an hour. It was great service all around and I am very appreciative. Thank you!

I heard it was dangerous to try and change the spring on my garage door by myself so I called you folks and have been glad I did ever since. You made it look effortless and it was a breeze to schedule the appointment and meet with the repairman. I was also very surprised to see that he had all the parts he needed on his truck and didn't need to return to complete the work. Great Experience.

As an engineer I can usually troubleshoot problems on my own. After trying for a couple days to figure it out I called these guys, within 5 hours of my phone call the problem was fixed. I am thankful that I called.

We called Precision Door on Thursday night and by morning our door was fixed and we were on time for work. We will be passing your number along to our neighbor, their door sounds like it's about to fall off the tracks.
