Kevin was very professional. He came and diagnosed serious problems with our 1980's system. He offered several options and excellent advice. He followed up exactly as promised and completed a pretty big overhaul - results flawless. My car was "trapped" and he helped me get it out before the parts could be shipped. Very satisfied and would recommend you in a heartbeat. Also invoicing / logistics were flawless. And response time was much better than I had feared.

Great service! Initial call was for garage door opener repair on a very old Lift Master unit. Unit needed to be replaced, as well as old springs and cables. I decided to get new rollers too at the last minute. Technician, Matt (Matthew), was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. I'm glad the other "local" garage door repair shop never returned my phone call. Will definitely use Precision for all my Garage/Garage Door Opener needs. Will also recommend them to my neighbor who is thinking about getting a new garage door.

We needed our garage door spring replaced, because it wouldn't hold the door up when disconnected from the opener (e.g. during a power outage). The company that installed the opener is out of business, so I went searching and found Precision. When I called, they apologized that they wouldn't be able to send someone the same day, but scheduled the next morning. Since this wasn't an emergency, I didn't expect same-day service. The technician arrived an hour into the scheduled 3-hour window, looked at the door and gave me a quote to replace the spring. He also recommended a routine service (which we hadn't done in years), and also that we install a reinforcement on the door where the opener attaches (now required by code, but wasn't when the house was built 20 years ago). The work was completed in ~90 minutes, and the price was quite reasonable. I am very satisfied and will definitely call again if we need more work done.

I am very please with the quality of my new Lift Master Garage Door openers. The DC motor and belt drive makes for a very quiet operation. I really like how when I walk in the garage the sensors automatically turn the lights on. The Technician, Matthew M, was very meticulous in the installation. I ordered a garage door opener & new door from Sears. I spent the entire month of April with totally unsatisfactory results from them. They installed the door in a very shabby manner then told me the opener wouldn't work. Needless to say, I'll never use Sears again. I found your company on the internet & was pleased with positive reviews. Kevin was my technician. He did an outstanding job of completely reassembling the door and installing an opener. It works beautifully because it was installed correctly. Kevin was honest, professional and did an incredible job. If needed, I will definitely use your company and request Kevin again.
