I've had Precision come out twice to fix the garage door or the openers. Both times the receptionist who booked me was very polite and professional. Kevin was the technician who came out. Prior to coming, he called and confirmed his name and time of arrival. (Said 30 minutes....was here in 29!). Great company.....great service......great people. Highly recommend. And they don't rip you off either! Thanks Kevin!

We needed a garage door repair. Kevin arrived ahead of scheduled time (which worked great for us) and did a multipoint inspection. He quickly identified the problem and made the adjustment. He replaced the outdoor keypad which wasn't working as well. He took the time to explain everything in detail and offered sound professional advice! Thanks for your help Kevin...

Technician came out same day to replace torsion spring. I was told that the service call was $85.00 which I felt was reasonable. What I didn't expect was to pay $187 for a spring. The springs are available as a part alone for a 1/3 of that price. Just be up front about the labor and service call.

The repairman was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problems with my door quickly and fix it on the spot since he had all the parts with him. My door now works perfectly and I didn't have to purchase a completely new one, thanks to the fantastic work! Thank you!

Excellent service and courteous technician who explained repair and costs in advance. However, charging more than 4 times the actual cost of parts (springs in my case) is simply not fair to your customers. I agreed to proceed with the service only because I did not want to delay the repair. You will lose customers in the long run with such markups and it will detract from your otherwise good service.

I got both garage doors replaced. The technician was fantastic and exceptionally well organized. His advice was honest and fair. As a result of the fine work he did, my next door neighbor asked him to replace their doors. I chose Precision not because it was the cheapest or the most expensive. I chose it because you are the best, and I know you stand behind your work if there are any issues. As you know, your prices are competitive, but your service is not. It's simply the best.

We had our garage door repaired a couple months ago. I noticed that it was rubbing on one side. Matt came out the very next day and adjusted it, under warrenty. Great service!

Quote for a new system to open garage doors, including safety reverse. Technician explained everything thoroughly and was professional. However he did break one of my garage doors so that it wouldn't open - he said not to worry since they would be back in a few days to put in the system! Not exactly ideal, but okay....
