One of the 2 garage doors needed adjustment. The same technician who installed the doors came by and was quick to diagnosed and resolved the problem. Tested the door multiple times to ensure it worked properly and while being here, took a look at the other door as well. Great service!

We could not have asked for better service. Matt checked all aspects of the doors operation and the braking system of the openers motor. We 'll no doubt need a new opener installed in a year or two and we'll call Precision for sure. Five star service for sure!

Matt did a stellar job and was meticulous, explaining what he was doing (and why); very impressive. If you're worried about hiring someone to care for your garage door, worry no more. Our spring had snapped but all the other components were builder's grade and the installers cut some corners, which didn't save us a dime. Our door is now significantly upgraded and whisper quiet. Bravo for coming out on such short notice, too!

I've had Precision come out twice to fix the garage door or the openers. Both times the receptionist who booked me was very polite and professional. Kevin was the technician who came out. Prior to coming, he called and confirmed his name and time of arrival. (Said 30 minutes....was here in 29!). Great company.....great service......great people. Highly recommend. And they don't rip you off either! Thanks Kevin!
