This was the second time that we successfully utilized the services of Precision to assist us. When a spring snapped on one of our garage doors, Matt came and fixed it. It has worked well ever since. This time, the other spring snapped. Kyler Pooler came and fixed the spring. Mr. Pooler was most pleasant and efficient. He also checked the overall system and recommended that we should replace the 20+ year old motor mechanism. Fortunately, he had the equipment necessary to make this repair as well.

Travis and Kyler worked on replacing my door motors and some hardware. After 24 years of service the old hardware was showing it's age and it was great to get new wifi connected motors for them. I googled garage door repairs on Saturday and reviewed three or four sites. Turns out I made a great decision. I chose PRECISION! Called professional coordinated a scheduled time a 2.5 hour window vs most at 4 or more. Kyler arrived as scheduled, polite introduction I pointed out the issue. Instead of jumping right in he thought through a plan and made it happen. He was courteous, professional very competent. I asked him to inspect the springs cables etc. I noted some issues and he was able to make the repairs as he had everything with him that he needed. The panel truck was very well painted very clean and would get your attention to call that company. If I had another job, I would ask for Kyler and definitely call precision.

Screws pulled out of the door bracket that the door opener was connected to seven months after they installed a new door, motor, and hardware. Fortunately Precision Garage Door sent out a mechanic within five hours to fix the problem. Obviously I’m a bit upset at the failure of the hardware, but Precision Door stands by their guarantee.
