We have used Precision previously and do excellent work. The call this week was no exception. I would highly recommend Precision to friends and neighbors. responsible

Justin was very nice and helpful. Older people like myself need someone they can trust and he definitely fit the bill. He gets an A+ very professional and a lot of knowledge.

My Garage Door is 18 years old so plenty of use, and one day began to stick partially open with some very ugly grinding and shaking. I found Precision with an Internet search and they scheduled a visit for a couple of days later. Justin arrived early and took care of the problem in an hour or two at very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Justin just completed repairs on my garage door. He explained the issue with my garage door, offered and explained the options for repairs. Then he executed the agreed-on repairs quickly. The whole encounter was professional and pleasant.

I am totally satisfied with the work Justin did for me. He is patient, respectful, courteous, and seems to be dedicated to his work. He quickly identified the problem with my door and repaired it. Before departing, he tested the door making sure that it opens and closes via the car remotes and from the master switch. I am happy with his work..

Technician was on time (maybe a bit early), got right to work, thoroughly explained his assessment of the issue(s) and provided two recommendations for action. Repairs were completed promptly. No pressure, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced service. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Very good experience with Precision. Need to have garage door repaired on New Year's Day. Called at 3:00 and had a technician (Justin) at my home by 4:30. Received a clear and reasonable estimate. Technician explained each repair item. Repairs were done within the hour and I am pleased with the results.

Long time client. Had an issue with one of my remotes. Justin arrived on time, early in fact, and promptly showed me my choices of replacements and tested the unit out from a distance. While at the house he conducted a safety inspection and lubricated the hinges. Very courteous and efficient. He is an example of why I trust Precision.

Tech...Justin arrived earlier than originally scheduled....thank you. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Completed project within an hour. My disappointment is: I was quoted on the phone a price ranging from $130-$300 to replace torsion spring. When viewing with Justin the repair he indicated that indeed I needed the torsion spring replaced and it was $300. I said ok. 19-15 minutes later he ask me to review the estimate and explained that I needed a bearing that was $99 additional. I agreed to the work but am not happy that after being told when I called and again initially by Justin a cost of $300, that a wheel bearing was needed at a additional cost of $99. I feel $383 to replace a torsion spring was excessive.
