I want to take this time to thank you for your great service. The office was very friendly in taking my call. They made me feel like my broken door was their top priority. Kevin came to my house and his truck was fully loaded, ready to take care of whatever my door was going to throw at him. He had the repair done within an hour and I must say, it is working better than I've seen it do in years. Thank you very much! We'll be calling should anything break later down the road.

Kevin was the technician that came to my home for repairing the door. He was very friendly, and explained in detail what needed to be done to my door and why. Most of the parts on my door failed, and I honestly didn't know it was that bad, so I am glad I called Precision. They fixed it on the spot and it is now working better than it has ever worked.
