Kevin just installed a new operator because he said my 15yr old Genie was not to code. He installed a Liftmaster 3280 belt drive. I never new there was another type of operator that could be quieter, so when he finished installing it and called me out to show me how it works, I was speachless. This operator is so quiet, I could not believe it was on! No more waking my wife up when I go to work in the morning! Very impressed with the work from Precision!

My operator stopped working so i called your company. i was very impressed with how quick you were able to come out. i met Jim and he recommended i replace my operator because it was going on 15 years old and was not up to code anymore. i agreed with him and he actually had a new opener on his truck ready to install. he had it up and running in about an hour and explained how the new system worked. I also got a keypad, which i never had before. i'm very happy with my experience with Precision, and recommend everyone to use their services.

I wanted to take the time to thank you for your professional service. I called you on Friday when my door broke. I was in a bind as I needed to go out of town on Saturday morning. You told me you were booked for the evening, but could get to me first thing Saturday morning, at 8am, which gave me plenty of time to get to airport at noon. You came here promptly at 8am (after calling at 7:30 to tell me he's on the way) and started right away at examining my door to find out the problems. After he did his inspection, he went over it with me in a way I could understand, he didn't just throw big words out at me. I told him what work I wanted done, and had it all fixed in about an hour. I could not have been more impressed with the overall service I received. It is very rare in this day to find a company you can rely on. I recommend anyone trying to have their door fixed right the first time to call Precision Door!
