He was honest about what truly needed to be replaced, and what would last a little longer. After agreeing to the work he recommended, he was efficient in getting the new parts installed. I was very impressed with your company, starting from the time I booked my appointment. Tina scheduled me on Sunday, which is surprising that a company is open 7 days a week. My technician, Jason, was early for our appointment, and Tina even called me when he was on the way to let me know. I didn't have to sit around for hours waiting for him to arrive. He was polite and cleaned up after himself when the work was finished. He had all the parts needed to fix my door on his truck, so he was in and out. Extremely satisfied. Please let upper management know of his great work!
