Based on recommendation, changed springs, pulleys, rollers, basically a complete overhaul. Matt did a great job replacing everything quickly and cleanly. Garage opener needed a new board as it was fried from recent storm. Your service man recommended the Woods Surge Protector for protection so I purchased one directly from you all for $25. I wanted to get another one for another location through Home Depot for $5 (discovered later). Why such a markup on the price? I think the service and guys were very good. Didn't like the markup price on the surge protector for the opener.

The service was outstanding, and I have just flowing applause for the quality of the work performed. I used Precision for the original install and I will always use them for any repairs or service because they really do quality and precision work. The service technician was very knowledgeable and took great care in doing the repair. He also gave me some valuable tips for maintaining my door as well. Great Service. The only hiccup was that there was a delay on the time or arrival due to the original technician's truck problems.
