This was the second time we have used Precision. As the first time, they did not disappoint. The service person came at just the time he said he would, went over everything with us, did a complete inspection of the door, and made his recommendations which we agreed with. He then performed excellent service. Our garage door works like it hasn't since we moved in, and will now probably be good for several more years. We are very pleased.

Based on recommendation, changed springs, pulleys, rollers, basically a complete overhaul. Matt did a great job replacing everything quickly and cleanly. I honestly don't know how the price compared to others, but I felt like it was worth having the work done by knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient professionals. You get what you pay for, and I'm confident that the new installation will last for many years. Everything runs much smoother and quieter now.

Fast, curtious and knowledgeable garage door specialists. Diagnosed problem with door's lifting bracket, replaced bracket with a better newer bracket, reinforced door, and adjusted opener's travel. Door has never operated so smoothly!

Garage opener needed a new board as it was fried from recent storm. Your service man recommended the Woods Surge Protector for protection so I purchased one directly from you all for $25. I wanted to get another one for another location through Home Depot for $5 (discovered later). Why such a markup on the price? I think the service and guys were very good. Didn't like the markup price on the surge protector for the opener.

The service was outstanding, and I have just flowing applause for the quality of the work performed. I used Precision for the original install and I will always use them for any repairs or service because they really do quality and precision work. The service technician was very knowledgeable and took great care in doing the repair. He also gave me some valuable tips for maintaining my door as well. Great Service. The only hiccup was that there was a delay on the time or arrival due to the original technician's truck problems. I would have liked for the office to have called and informed me more of the issue rather than me having to call several times to check on the change in arrival time. Thanks, Stan Moore

This place is a total scam! Charged me $85, to tell me they needed $644 to fix my door. Called another company which fixed my door for half that amount. Door works great now.

Our tension spring broke on a Saturday afternoon. Precision was able to accommodate an appointment the same day within 3hrs! Awesome for a Saturday!
