Not free, but, I got full value for my money. My torsion spring had broken and on cable was snapped. Kind of a Mess. I called and Precision sent a team. I was given 3 distinct price points and solutions ranging from a "make it work again" price point at the low end to a "complete rebuild" point at the top. I am not planning to sell this house anytime in the near future, so I went with the complete rebuild package. Not free, but certainly Full Value for my hard earned cash. My door and its fittings are working like new (maybe better than new). They went over everything and even helped me "reaquire" my outdoor entry pad function. I am very pleased.

The service person came at just the time he said he would, went over everything with us, did a complete inspection of the door, and made his recommendations which we agreed with.
