Next day service snd arrived on time. Man who repaired garage seemed knowledgeable and was honest and cleaned up afterwards. Not the cheapest but I'm hoping to get what I paid for.

Very good experience with Precision. Need to have garage door repaired on New Year's Day. Called at 3:00 and had a technician (Justin) at my home by 4:30. Received a clear and reasonable estimate. Technician explained each repair item. Repairs were done within the hour and I am pleased with the results.

I had new springs installed 18 months ago and had a cable break recently. Certify insisted that they had to replace the 18 month old springs with new ones, which I find hard to believe. As a result my bill was double what it should have been. I do not recommend this company.
Hello Mr. Kerins- We are sorry to hear the disappointment with your experience. Our goal each day with every customer is to repair a garage door properly and safely. I left you a voicemail and text message in hopes of discussing your issues and concerns, but unfortunately I have not heard back from you. This is the first time we have been to your residence, as another company provided the service work 18 months ago. Therefore, we do not know if you had the correct springs installed, the quality of the springs, and whether they were even new springs. The longevity of a spring is determined by the cycle life. The more you use your garage door, the sooner you are going to need new springs. Please know, 18 months ago, torsion springs were 1/3 the cost of what they are today. When your technician arrived this morning, your door was racked which is the most dangerous position a garage door can be. Part of your invoice today was the fee for the technician to bring your down into the safe position to be worked on. We recommend new parts that properly work together. We do not wind and unwind springs, according to insurance regulations. We do not provide “band-aide” repairs, as the safety of our customers, as well as our technicians, is top priority. The good news is that you called on the 4th of July holiday and we arrived the following morning to service your door. Your technician is knowledgeable, experienced, and walked you through recommended options that would address all the issues identified in the inspection report. For a 15 min job, I paid $200....$125 service fee...just to come to my house and a $79 maint fee....and all the person did was tighten up and lube things...he tried to say I needed a new bar connecting the garage door to the door opener (for steel doors) ...I said no, & your company installed my garage door opener in the first place, why did they install the bar I have??...then he told me my sensors were too high...no one has ever told me that and your company has done all my prior services...not a great service for the price....

Your inspection reports over the past several years reflect each technician stating the ORB (operator reinforcement bracket) was missing and the recommendation was included each time in an estimate. While our records do not show an invoice for installing a new operator, we did replace the battery backup in 2019. Fast and wonderful service!!!! Our wall console for the garage door opener stopped working. Remotes worked, but not the wall console. Being the weekend, I thought it would be tough to find some weekend. Precision was! Gave them a call, told them my problem - they said they would a technician that afternoon. Patrick, the tech, called and asked if he could come early. Super. Arrived ahead of time, located the problem and fixed.Pat was very kind and helpful. I give Precision Garage Doors a 5 Star. I called another company and no one answer and I had to leave a voicemail. When I need something I want to talk to someone right away. I then called Precision Garage Doors and a lady answered the phone and answered all my questions. She scheduled me an appointment for the next morning from 9-11 and the technician called me around 9:00am and said he would be at my house in 10 mins. Now that is SERVICE! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
