Kevin was the technician that came to my home for repairing the door. He was very friendly, and explained in detail what needed to be done to my door and why. Most of the parts on my door failed, and I honestly didn't know it was that bad, so I am glad I called Precision. They fixed it on the spot and it is now working better than it has ever worked. I was very impressed with your company, starting from the time I booked my appointment. Tina scheduled me on Sunday, which is surprising that a company is open 7 days a week. My technician, Jason, was early for our appointment, and Tina even called me when he was on the way to let me know. I didn't have to sit around for hours waiting for him to arrive. He was polite and cleaned up after himself when the work was finished. He had all the parts needed to fix my door on his truck, so he was in and out. Extremely satisfied. Please let upper management know of his great work!
