Someone had broken into my home through my garage door when I was out of town. I called around and had Precision come do an inspection, and asked if there was a way to prevent something like this from happening. Kevin installed for me a slide lock so I can now lock my door from the inside. He also did maintenance on the door, which I didn't think was needed, until afterwards. It is now so quiet, and it only took him less than an hour! I'm very satisfied and recommend you to anyone and everyone!

I called precision door about a broken spring on my door and from the moment the phone was answered it was a pleasant experience. The office staff was wonderful in scheduling the technician out right away and called just an hour or so later to tell me they were on their way. The technician that came to my home on Sunday did a great job! He did a thorough inspection on my garage door, and explained in great detail what needed to be done to fix my door. He did an excellent job completing this work in a timely fashion. It was a relief that they came out, because my door broke on Sunday, I called them on Sunday, and they came to my home on Sunday!
