I used this company to fix a broken spring on my garage door. I was very impressed with the service technician, arrived within designated time window, very professional, personable and efficient. The technician also advised me on maintenence of the door, especially periodic lubrication of the hinges, bearings and tracks of the door. Highly recommended.

Matt and his assistant did a great job on a Sunday no less. He had to return for a few tweaks on a freezing Thursday. Came at 6 p.m. and fixed the issues. He was very professional and pleasant despite the conditions (14 degrees).

I was extremely impressed with everyone I spoke with at Precision. From the person who took my initial call to Kevin our repairman. He was extremely patient with my 87 year old mother as he explained the operation to the door. He left his work area cleaner that what it was before he left! You kept us informed with appointments by both phone and email. We will be recommending you to our neighbors!!

If I could give Ralph a 10 I would! He was absolutely fantastic! He showed us everything that was wrong and explained what he was doing before he started the work. He kept us informed the whole time he was here. Our door opener has been there 10 years and if it goes soon we will be calling Precision to come back to our home!

I had a spring break on me over the weekend, and I called Precision to come fix it. They were right on time with what was quoted over the phone. They called ahead of time so I was not surprised when he showed up. Jason was quick to diagnose the issue, and showed me several parts I had never seen before that were on the verge of breaking. He offered me several options for repairing the door, which was great because I was able to choose the option that worked best for me. He had our door back working in no-time. I recommend Precision if you're looking for a reliable company that can be trusted!

I am very please with the quality of my new Lift Master Garage Door openers. The DC motor and belt drive makes for a very quiet operation. I really like how when I walk in the garage the sensors automatically turn the lights on. The Technician, Matthew M, was very meticulous in the installation. The quality and the detail of his work was exceptional. Whenever I need service in the future, I will be requesting him.
