I am very please with the quality of my new Lift Master Garage Door openers. The DC motor and belt drive makes for a very quiet operation. I really like how when I walk in the garage the sensors automatically turn the lights on. The Technician, Matthew M, was very meticulous in the installation. The quality and the detail of his work was exceptional. Whenever I need service in the future, I will be requesting him.

I used this company to fix a broken spring on my garage door. I was very impressed with the service technician, arrived within designated time window, very professional, personable and efficient. The technician also advised me on maintenence of the door, especially periodic lubrication of the hinges, bearings and tracks of the door. Highly recommended.

Matt and his assistant did a great job on a Sunday no less. He had to return for a few tweaks on a freezing Thursday. Came at 6 p.m. and fixed the issues. He was very professional and pleasant despite the conditions (14 degrees).

I was extremely impressed with everyone I spoke with at Precision. From the person who took my initial call to Kevin our repairman. He was extremely patient with my 87 year old mother as he explained the operation to the door. He left his work area cleaner that what it was before he left!
