When my power went out, my garage door stopped working. I was in a bind because I needed to get my car out. I called Precision, and they came out and got my door open for me so I could get my car out. Jim also showed me how to reconnect the door to the operator for when I get power back. Very impressed with the service received.

We had our torsion spring break on Thursday, and after calling, they said they could have someone out first thing Friday morning. My tech, Jim, was on time, quickly diagnosed what was wrong, and got started on fixing our door. Now it's running smoother than I can remember. Thank you very much!
