Saw the ad in the yellow pages. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. The technician Sean that came out showed up early and was very polite and professional. Sean explained everything thoroughly to me and did a great job in getting our garage door to work.

I had Precision Garage Door install a new garage door opener. Technician arrived on time, surveyed the work to be done and prepared a wriiten estimate/work order for my authorization. The new unit was installed flawlessly. The technician was extremely nice to walk me through all operations of the new unit. No headaches or problems. The estimate given over the phone was the exact cost of the work....so there were no surprises. Great experience...will use them again!

We were desperate for our garage door to be fixed. I just had knee surgery and could ONLY get in and out that door. I called late in the day - after 6 p.m. - and they answered and set me up for a repair the next morning. Jim gave me a few options and was very thorough in explaining what was happening, and he had it fixed within the hour. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

Excellent customer service, from the time I called to make the appointment to the two times they called during the 2-hour window to keep me abreast of the technician's whereabouts to the actual service provided. Very thorough, did not try to over-sell, and expertly fixed my door in under an hour. Works great! Could not be more pleased!!

One word describes the experience: outstanding. Our door fractured a hinge and they were out within 6 hours with a competent and knowledgeable technician who explained what was wrong and offered reasonable options to resolve the issue. I was particularly taken by the fact that we had a rep from another company out only 10 months earlier who missed the issues which were identified. Bottom line: worth the money and then some.
