I just purchased a new door through Precision. The overall experience was terrific! Jim came to my house and did an inspection, and determined that the price for replacing my door was very close to the price for repairing it. He gave me all the information which allowed me to make an informed decision. I told him to order the door. Within 3 days, the office called me to confirm the door was available and that they'd be here next week to install it. When Jim came back out, he got started right away, and within a few hours I had a brand new door, and man does it look nice! There were no surprises, no hidden fees. Only great service. I will certainly call you again should anything happen in the future. I've also passed your name along to all my friends and family so they know who to trust.

Called on Saturday evening to schedule an appointment for Monday. A live person answered and was quickly able to schedule me the very next morning. I love that they don't charge any extra for Saturday or even Sunday appointments.
