Very happy. Came within the time window promised. Kevin was helpful, noticed a number of issues beyond broken spring - I got the expected up-sell but he was professional, factual, and did not pressure me at all, he was doing his job and I have no quibble with that. In fact, we will upgrade the lift system probably end of the year, just not now. Price was in line with what I researched in advance so no issues there either. Quality work (so far, it's been only 24 hours). When we upgrade lift system I will call them again. By all accounts I think I got a fair deal for good, prompt work. Hard to beat that.

I called early in the morning when I couldn't get out because the garage door opener had broken sometime after I had pulled in the night before. Precision found someone who came in less than two hours of my call. He knew what he was doing, explained the options, and skillfully carried out the work. Very personable on top of all that. Definitely recommend these folks.

I was put in a terrible position with Sears Garage Services because they were unable to show up on two separate occasions within the week. I reached out to Precision Door Service and they were able to come by ON THE SAME DAY I called (which was a Saturday) and made my garage functional again. I will definitely use Precision Door Service again when my old door falls apart. Thank you for saving the day!

Matthew did a fantastic job of briefing the mechanism, its problems, and the two separate systems. All the systems were checked - and adjusted if necessary - with recommendations for maintaining serviceable systems - lubrication, etc. He pointed out that the slack (noisy) chains were caused by worn sprockets - and he installed a replacement which resulted in a smooth and quieter opening and closing -- 5 STAR

Great company. Called them at 0745 in morning and they made an appointment for same day between 11-2. They were there at 1130 and programed my two new door operators (that I purchased and installed) in a half hour. They reviewed and inspected my work, checked the doors for wear and safety issues, and lubed the springs. First class service! I was especially impressed with the Tech, Matt. I'm detail oriented and Matt was very well trained and experienced and a self described perfectionist so couldn't be happier. I will call them again and ask for Matt when I get around to installing an operator on the third garage door too.

The scheduler was able to very quickly schedule our repairs. We were notified who our service tech would be with a picture. He arrived on time, was extremely friendly and walked us through what was required. He completed the service is less time than he estimated, cleaned the area and then took the time to explain what regular servicing we could do to extend the life of all the mechanism. I was extremely impressed.
